SPRAYS:

Day 1 - Spray once in both nostrils before bed

Day 2 - Spray once in both nostrils before bed 2 x before bed
Day 3 - Spray in both nostrils 3 x before bed

After 3 days, spray once in both nostrils 2 x daily until you have reached your desired colour
